The Enter to Win a Two Night stay at The Lodge at Woodloch (the "Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("EST") on April 20, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on May 31, 2020 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion contains a game of chance ("Sweepstakes").

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the Northwest Bergen Lifestyle New Jersey distribution area (Allendale, Franklin Lakes, Glen Rock, Ho-Ho-Kus, Mahwah, Midland Park, Oakland, Ramsey, Ridgewood, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Waldwick, and Wyckoff) who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of JJ Travel Associates and Northwest Bergen Lifestyle and their families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: To enter, visit www.winyourgetaway.com during the Promotion Period. Enter the Sweepstakes by completely entering your true and correct information on the registration form. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address throughout the entire promotion.

HOW TO RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL PROMOTION ENTRY: To receive a second entry into the sweepstakes, follow @northwestbergenlifestyle on Instagram and send a private Instagram message with your email address to @northwestbergenlifestyle during the Promotion Period.  The email address must match the one used to enter the contest at www.winyourgetaway.com.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about June 1, 2020, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received within the Promotion Period and select One (1) Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning a Promotion prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

​

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (1) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. Potential winners will have ten (5) days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. The potential winner becomes the "Winner" only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.

PRIZE/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Promotion. The Grand Prize consists of: One (1) mid-week, two night stay for two at The Lodge at Woodloch. Transportation is not included.

Valid through May 2021.  Based on availability.  Blackout dates apply (holidays, July, and August). Can not be combined with other offers or discounts. All guests must be 21 and older.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person/per household. Promotion prize will be fulfilled within four (4) to six (6) weeks after the Promotion has ended. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner redemption, confirmation, verification and final approval by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. Promotion Parties are not responsible for a lost, stolen, or undelivered prize. The prize must be redeemed by April 30st, 2021 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Trip is based on availability excluding weekends and holidays. The trip cannot be extended beyond validity dates. The hotel accommodations will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

TAX AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES: All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not listed herein as part of the prize including, without limitation, souvenirs, miscellaneous hotel expenses, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner.

RELEASES:  Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  JJ Travel Associates and Northwest Bergen Lifestyle are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, acts of man or God.

​

GENERAL: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and province of residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion ("Advertising"), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified.
